This Center is fully accessible:

• Space for movement, activation and relaxation.

• Appropriate for pre game planning and de-briefing post game.

  Use our venue to mobilize and activate or relax and unwind the day of an important game. This venue is set up for a group to utilize themselves or book in with our world class S&C coach Niamh Buffini to take you through a game preparedness session.

  Niamh is a strength and conditioning coach to some of Ireland’s top athletes heading for the Olympic and Paralympic Games success and has prepared athletes for major international events using her unique style of mobility expertise, mental preparedness and motivational coaching. All bookings must be a minimum of three hours.
