Get it rite with your human performance !

The key to maintaining energy and healthy weight isn’t a secret. And it isn’t singular. It’s about creating a holistic system that leads to high engagement, accountability, and real, lasting results for you.

Its important to remeber the holisticapproach to training and your health and put the onus on ourselves to do the bsic things rite. The human performance cheat sheet works when it comes to re-assessing where you are at and what areyou missing or doing rong. Human performance is like an orchestra. A truly great musical experience doesn’t just come from the presence of strings, woodwinds, percussion, and conductor, but rather the culmination of all elements supporting each other. Just as you can’t reduce an orchestra piece to one instrument, you can’t base human performance on one category. We define human potential by, a person’s cumulative abilities across four pillars: mindset, recovery, nutrition, mindset and movement

Recovery Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. WHY? REM (Dreaming when sleeping) is when you gain emotional regulation. No good comes from running on empty. Recovery is the art of making informed, intentional decisions that replenish your mind-body connection. Proper recovery can compound the positive effects of the other pillars. Take control of your nighttime recovery.

Nutrition You are what you eat. Reduce highly processed foods and artificial sweeteners in your diet. Fuel in a way that promotes optimal gut health. WHY? It makes it easier to make serotonin, 95% of which lives in your gut. Discover the joys of culinary exploration while fueling your growth with food that delights and nourishes you. Your nutrition is essential for powering your brain, energizing your movement, and aiding in recovery.

Mindset Spend time each week thinking about what you value (write it down) and set some simple goals that align with them. WHY? Engaging in a reflective practice can help you better align to what you’re passionate about, and that creates grit. It starts above the neck with your commitment to the process, regardless of your progress. It’s about how you see yourself and enjoy, endure, or exceed an objective. Your mindset then sets the stage for the rest of the pillars to get working.

Movement Fit in daily movement. Even just going for a walk can help you feel relaxed and refreshed. WHY? Exercise quiets those frontal lobes, so you can downregulate to be fully present in the moment. Movement really is what you make of it. Learn how to embrace agility, flexibility, and intuitive play through intrinsic and structured activity. You’ll find that movement makes your body and your mind feel better.
