Having a consistent morning routine can stimulate the brain into being more active for longer throughout the day making you more creative and energized. You will generally become much more productive with work too, whats not to love.

  5. Self reflection, every 30 days or so reflect on hat your have achievd or not done so well and this will aid in moving forward with your thoughts and goals. However, beware, only spend a day or so in this zone and move on, it can be very easy to get stuck.

  6. Treat yourself to a spa or hotel night stay once you’ve reached your first milestone. It is always such a big deal when you have set yourself a goal and you have to move onto the next, now is the time to treat yourself to something you enjoy most. the rewards are just as important. This sets the tone for achieving your next big milestone, but remember the treat only comes when you’ve made sure you achieve what you set out to do.

Never ever forget the progress you have made in the past, big or small, . Cheers to a happy and Healthy habitual life in 2024 and beyond.
